REGISTRATIONS
Enjoy Vélos Épinal offers events for everyone: novices, amateurs and experts. Some events are open to children aged 4 and over.
Apart from the tests, you’ll need a bike and helmet to take part in the various events.
Access to the show, events and concerts is totally free and no registration is required.

On-site registration possible subject to availability at Espace Cours in Épinal.

The cost of registration for Enjoy Vélos Épinal varies according to the Pass and the events selected.
Changes to registrations will be accepted on an exceptional basis, up to 21 days before the official opening of on-site registrations, upon written request and presentation of supporting documents. We cannot guarantee a favourable response.
Passes may be exchanged in the following cases only:
An extension of the 1-day Festival Pass, modified into a 2/3-day Festival Pass valid for the whole weekend.
To request any of the above changes, please contact inscriptions@enjoyvelos.com
Requests for private modifications (name, e-mail address, etc.) can be addressed to our webmaster. Please contact him at this address: webmaster@velovert.com
No requests for changes will be accepted on the day of arrival at the event.
Oui, vous pouvez tenter de revendre votre inscription à une connaissance.
Toute personne devant se faire remplacer par une autre personne si celle-ci satisfait à toutes les conditions afférentes au contrat, devra informer l’organisation de cette cession au plus tard 21 jours avant l’ouverture officielle des inscriptions sur place par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à envoyer à l’adresse suivante : Vélo Vert Magazine 15, rue Claude Monet – 78420 Carrières-sur-Seine ou par mail à inscription@enjoyvelos.com en indiquant les mentions suivantes :
– vos nom, prénom et adresse
– nom, prénom, adresse, date de naissance du tiers vous remplaçant
– mail et téléphone du remplaçant
– type et numéro de licence du remplaçant
– type de Pass souscrit
– taille de vélo
– numéro d’inscription et une copie de la lettre ou du mail de confirmation d’inscription.
Après réception de ladite lettre recommandée ou du mail, une confirmation d’inscription sera envoyée au tiers vous remplaçant. Vous et le tiers vous remplaçant serez solidairement responsables du paiement du prix global des inscriptions et des frais éventuels occasionnés par la cession (ex. : frais d’envoi, etc.).

We don’t have a waiting list, but some people withdraw and want to sell their (full) Pass or an entry for an event.

All commitments are firm and final, and cannot be reimbursed for any reason whatsoever.
Festival-goers will be offered a refund if the event is cancelled for health reasons.
The organisers will nevertheless examine individual requests for reimbursement on medical grounds. Requests must be made by e-mail to inscription@enjoyvelos.com, accompanied by valid medical proof, no later than 1 day before the opening of on-site registrations.
– If this request is made more than 15 days before the start of the event, the registration fee of the person concerned will be refunded in full on presentation of valid medical evidence.
– If this request is made less than 15 jours avant le début de l’évènement, 50% of the registration fee of the person concerned will be refunded on presentation of a valid medical certificate.
A cycling licence or a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to competitive cycling, issued no more than 1 year before the date of the event, is required to take part in timed events.
A parental authorisation must be provided for minors registered.

Only the Festival Pass with the 1-day or 2/3-day Test option gives me access to the bike tests at the Show. Once I’ve got my frame plate and wristband in my pocket, I’m free to come and go at the show, to test the bikes when and with whom I want, and on specific routes adapted to each type of riding!

PASS WITHDRAWAL
Passes can be collected from the registration room located next to the Show on the Petit Champ de Mars in Épinal.
Passes can be collected on site from :
Thursday from 2pm to 7pm
Friday from 9am to 7pm
Saturday from 9am to 7pm
Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
Yes, I can register on site and subscribe to any Pass, event or activity, subject to availability.
To collect my Festival Pass with Test option, I must have at least 2 pieces of identification (identity card, driving licence or passport) and a valid credit card (credit card imprint authorised). If there are no problems, my deposit cheque or the photocopy of my credit card will be returned to me or destroyed at the end of the festival.
If I register for one of Enjoy Vélos Épinal’s events or activities, I must bring with me proof of identity and my licence or a medical certificate stating that I am not contraindicated in cycling if the event or activity is timed and subject to a ranking.
Yes, the deposit is €4,000 per person for Festival Passes with test option. This deposit is required to carry out bike tests.
TESTS CONDITIONS
To test a bike, you must go to the Enjoy Vélos Épinal registration room. We’ll ask you for a deposit of €4000 (credit card imprint) and 2 pieces of ID (ID card, driving licence or passport). You will then be photographed and given a frame plate and wristband. You can then go to the stand of your choice with your frame number and wristband. You will be checked and registered by the brand.
No, loan bikes can only be used for test rides. The brands are free to leave the bikes with you or to accompany you on the rides.
It all depends on what I want to do there. As a bike test can only last 60 minutes, I’ll have to use my own bike to ride the events and get between the show and the town centre. All the other routes are open to test bikes.
No, I have to bring my own equipment (full-face helmet + protectors), bring a friend’s or hire some from the resort’s service providers.
Yes, my own pedals (flat or auto) are essential for testing bikes.
Yes, my test day starts when I collect my first test from a stand. So, for example, I can go for a ride on Saturday and test bikes and accessories on Sunday, all as part of my 1-day Festival Pass.
LOCALISATION
Espace Inscriptions is located on the Petit Champs de Mars outside the show.
Where are the events located ?
The exhibition and the start of the test runs will be on the Petit Champ de Mars.
The starting locations for the events are specified in the event sheets.
A pedestrian and mountain bike route will also be available, the idea being to keep motorised transport to a minimum over the weekend! You will still be able to get around by car, but we would like to warn you that, given the number of festival-goers expected, parking spaces in the town centre are likely to be overcrowded.

Enjoy Vélos Épinal is open to everyone. Whatever your level, level of cycling experience or budget, there’s something for everyone. There’s something for everyone!
Over 200 brands and almost 2,000 bikes and accessories are waiting for you!
Yes, you can register for several events on the same day, as long as they are not held simultaneously.
We offer routes suitable for all types of bike. But remember, we’re in the mountains. Mountain bikes with reasonable travel between 120 and 160mm will be able to express themselves fully on the terrain.
Yes, you can hire the bike of your choice directly from the city’s bike hire companies.

On the evening of each event on the website
After each event or activity, the courses are cleared, most of them on private land and therefore closed to the public for the rest of the year.
